About The Project
Intellectual property protection is vital to driving national innovation, so the Directorate General of Intellectual Property (DJKI) requires modernizing its digital infrastructure through the E-Hakcipta system.
We engineered a robust IP management system to streamline the registration process, from application to certification, covering copyright, patent, and trademark aspects. A key feature of the platform is a powerful search engine that allows the public and examiners to quickly examine existing IP, thereby reducing redundancy and accelerating approval times.
Designed to be secure, scalable, and user-friendly through a Web Dashboard interface, the system makes IP protection more accessible to creators and businesses across the country, supporting the strengthening of the national creative economy.
Challenge
Previous manual and semi-digital processes were slow and prone to backlogs, making it difficult for creators to protect their works efficiently.
Solution
We developed a comprehensive E-Copyright digital platform for intellectual property registration and management, equipped with an optimized search engine and automated processing workflows.
