Challenge
For almost 50 years in national media business, Poskota is not really in to digital transformation. They have a website but its not optimize thus the bounce rate need to reduce.
Solution
Revamp the front page and optimize load performance by restructuring its cloud infrastructure.
A lot of news portal that already transform into digital media because printing paper is not simple nowadays to read. Thera are a lot of tools like mobile phones, kindle, iPad and Android tab to read a news. But with the tools it self we need to apply certain optimization so the content will deliver at its finest.
